About the XXE format
XXE は xxencode の出力です。uuencode と同じ 3→4 パッキングですが、EBCDIC（IBM メインフレームのテキスト符号）を通っても壊れないアルファベットを選んでいます。
デコーダは照合表が違うだけで同一の算術です。ペイロードは元のバイナリ（多くは tar）に戻り、そのまま再パッケージできます。
