PDF 形式について
PDF は見た目を固定する文書形式です。フォント・画像・レイアウトをファイル内に埋め込むため、開く環境が違っても同じ体裁で表示されます。契約書、請求書、論文、提出資料まで、送り先が読めることを保証したい場面の標準です。
一方で PDF は編集に向きません。文章を直すには元の形式に戻すか、専用の編集ツールが必要です。編集が必要なら DOCX へ、配布・印刷・長期保存なら PDF へ——この使い分けが実務の基本です。

No. Pages are copied into new containers without re-encoding, so text and images are pixel-identical to the original.
Can I get only certain pages?
Split first, then keep the page files you need and discard the rest — the simplest way that works for every PDF.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scanned pages are just images inside a PDF; they split exactly like any other page.
